Home Service Personal Training - XOfit4life training provides a service second to none. Clients can train in their own homes, garden, parks or local area. The home service personal training solution is ideal for those who are uncomfortable with a gymnasium environment or for those whose lifestyle or financial commitment, simply do not justify the costs. Create your own timetable and exercise routines and classes. 1-2-1, family, friends, colleagues, organised groups, you chose.......we provide the service to suit.
There are no ‘overnight’ solutions to health and fitness goals despite what the glossy health & fitness industry magazines print and sell, amazing instant results !. Hard work, commitment & dedication by you. Expertise, guidance and support from us. The XO Fitness team is dedicated to supporting you through this process, providing not only an individually designed and targeted personal training programme, but also educating you about your body, correct exercise techniques and nutritional information & supplements, to increase performance.
XOfit4life provide professional training packages based on sets of 10 supervised sessions. Training, Monitoring & Advising you on your training, putting you on life’s journey to a healthier and active lifestyle.
Session 1 of TEN
- Postural assessment
- ROM (Range of Motion) & Flexibility testing
- Health tests (Static) -Blood pressure check, resting heart rate, peak flow test,
body composition analysis BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Physical Tests (CV Cardio Vascular) – Queens College Step / Balke Treadmill /
Rockport Walking / Cooper 1.5m Run / Multistage (Military) Bleep Testing
* Initial physical tests& assessments are conducted as appropriate from results of Static testing, Fitness levels, Clients Goals & individual Performance
Sessions 2 to (lucky number SEVEN)
After Session 1 analysis and discussion, this will allow ‘us’ to design a programme which not only take into account of your goals, but also enables us to work on areas you may not have even considered nor been aware of before. You will begin working towards your goals. Your programme is designed to be challenging, enjoyable and achievable and reflect your progress. It will be Fun and have variety, extending your own knowledge. These should be run in a concentrated period, achieving the six sessions over two weeks, the key to successful training; we have the knowledge and experience, you will learn and benefit from the results !
Sessions 8 to TEN (Go SOLO)
You will have worked through your programme with your Personal Trainer until you are confident with the exercises and techniques, you will be confident and practiced through comprehensive instruction, including advice on how to safely progress, intensity, time & type. In this way, you can now exercise several times a week, easily utilising your unique and personally designed programme, but now for the price on a single PT session per week ! You will now go ‘solo’ adding to your weekly programme, using your newly learned and corrective techniques to form and help achieve your goals. We are here to continually support you, through your next three sessions of personal training, ideally based over your final three weeks of your programme.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, or just about to enter your first marathon or charity event, Race for Life 10km or the London Marathon, for the first time! We will enhance your training regime, work on your times, speed, distance, endurance and stamina. All the areas it takes to achieve your goals and fitness levels.

personal performance, supplement your existing team training and
prepare you for that all important match or competition.
XO fit4Swimming
Get out of your comfort zone and out of the pool. Work on your strength, flexibility, stamina & breathing techniques out of the pool, to improve your speed, endurance and stroke. XO Fitness personal trainers are qualified RLSS lifeguards and trained in this specific area.

Exercise Prescription
Training sessions can cover a vast array of elements within the Health & Fitness forum; including Strength, Hypertrophy & Endurance.
Core stability, balance and co-ordination. Training goals can be for general fitness and wellbeing or tailored towards a particular goal or specific achievements. All clients are catered for, irrespective of age, gender, race, religion or fitness levels. See Personal Training page & Services & FAQ’s for further details.
Nutrition Guidance
A healthy diet is a vital part of any fitness regime. We encourage our clients to keep a food diary so that we can analyse and discuss their eating habits. Pointing them in the right direction where necessary. Services can include suggesting health alternatives, analysing what is in your home and providing recipes and cooking tips.
If you suffer with hypertension, diabetes, CHD or arthritis our REPs level 3 personal trainers can ensure you exercise safely and to the best of your ability. Your tailored programme can be in conjunction with specialist practitioners and your GP, if necessary to help to alleviate some symptoms and preventative measures to counter-act the onset of further related health problems or illness.
